I am always amazed by the dance of the neurons in my brain. Surprisingly, everything connects each other like proving everything is ONE.

I first heard "Keep Walking" as a lifesaver motto was from my mentor Ebru Ozguc. We first met in 2017 when she hired me to her team; since then, she has been a great role model in many ways.

Once, she told me, whatever happens, "Keep Walking"!

Focus on the journey, focus on learning and never give up.

In spiritual and motivational thinking, this motto makes sense. And I think it also reflects my way of living; I am always ready to put effort and try my best. However, this way of thinking also depends on your mood, and you need to convince yourself and move your .ss!

Let's be honest; it is not always easy.

While reading Sinan Canan's book "Sinirlari Asmak", I understood life's meaning one more time. Author Mr Canan refers to the imbalance between the inside and outside the human body. And he adds how each body cell shows an effort to adapt to this unbalance. And he summarizes as life is "simply the effort you put". (p.35)

After reading the piece from the book, my mind sharply remembered Ebru's motto, "Keep Walking". Whatever happens till the last breath, we need to keep trying and walking. It is a matter of resilience, and the resilience will be improved as we try.

Then I had a look at Johnnie Walker's website (www.johnniewalker.com/en-au/keepwalking/) and found these encouraging lines, which enlightened my day.

"Progress means different things to us all. For some, it means having the self-belief to start something new. For others, the determination to strive for a long-held goal or can simply be having the courage to follow a more rewarding path. For John Walker, it meant having the resilience to keep moving forward."

My Sunday resolution is "Body&Mind" need to be connected (I guess meditation is the answer for that) and challenges ourselves out of our comfort zones.

Thanks for all the inspiration, dearest Ebru Ozguc and Sinan Canan ( and John Walker : ) )
